Impaired Driver Charged for Being Over 4 Times the Legal Limit

An adult female resident of Windsor has been charged by the LaSalle Police Service with impaired driving and excess blood alcohol after she was stopped by police on Malden Road in LaSalle Thursday evening. The vehicle caught the officer’s attention after it made a number of maneuvers that caused them to suspect that the driver may be impaired. While speaking with the driver, the officer made observations that further confirmed their suspicions. Graffiti Spray-Painted on Fence…Again!

On April 3rd, just after 1:00 AM, LaSalle Police officers were called to the 300 block of Ramblewood Drive regarding some youths spray painting graffiti on a wooden privacy fence. This was the second incident of graffiti at that location, the first of which was reported on March 31st, 2021. The wooden fence, which is owned by the Town of LaSalle was erected a couple of weeks prior and leads from Ramblewood Drive to Ojibway Oaks Park. Vandalism to a Vehicle for a Second Time

Case #’s 21-4198, 21-3801 LaSalle Police Service is investigating a second incident of vandalism to a motor vehicle which occurred April 5th, 2021 at approximately 1:30 PM. The vehicle, a white Ford Mustang, was parked in the lot at Malden Square Plaza when a male was observed puncturing all four of its tires. The male left prior to being confronted by the owner of the vehicle. Police were called to the scene and checked the area for the culprit. The suspect was described as an older male who was wearing a blue coat, jeans, brown shoes and a medical mask.
