Case # 22-213 A 24 year old male from Windsor was charged with drive motor vehicle – perform stunt after he was clocked on radar operating his Toyota sedan at 100 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone on Front Road on Tuesday, January 11th at 10:30 p.m. A LaSalle Police Officer observed the vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed which was recorded on radar. Just before 3:00 am on January 9th, 2022, officers from the LaSalle Police Service were summoned to a residence on St. Michael’s Drive for a report of a break and enter in progress. Police arrived on scene within minutes of the call and found two adult males engaged in a physical altercation in the driveway of the residence. Investigators learned that an adult male had attended the residence and tried to gain entry by breaking a window adjacent to the front door. As a result, two persons have been arrested but the investigation into the details and circumstances remain very active. Officers from the LaSalle Police Service are currently investigating the death of an adult male at a residence on Bouffard Road in LaSalle. Police were summoned to the residence where the male was found deceased. There is no foul play suspected at this time nor is there any risk to the public. Police will remain at the residence to complete a thorough investigation and are asking the public to avoid the area and to respect the residents privacy.
