Arrest Made After Brief Stand-Off

A LaSalle Police Crisis Negotiator and excellent teamwork were key to the peaceful outcome of a criminal investigation in LaSalle this evening.

On Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 just before 6:30 PM, LaSalle Police Service received a call regarding threats to cause death after a male at a residence in the 300 block of Bouffard Road threatened another person, allegedly with a firearm. The reporting person was no longer with the male and police quickly responded to the area.
