Failure to Comply with Conditions Leads to Several Additional Criminal Charges
A 54-year-old male resident of Windsor is facing several criminal charges after police responded to a domestic disturbance call, just before 3:30 a.m. on November 2nd, 2022. As officers arrived in the area the male fled in his vehicle. Officers recognized the male who was in violation of his court-ordered conditions and attempted to use a tire deflation device to stop him from fleeing.
