The LaSalle Police Service is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying a person of interest related to a theft/nonpayment of fuel.

On September 11th, a person described as a white male with a dark mustache, wearing a black hoodie, sunglasses, a dark hat, and long shorts with white designs on it attended a gas station in the 5800 block of Malden Road, LaSalle, in a newer model black dodge Ram Pickup and pumped over $125.00 worth of fuel into it before leaving without making any attempt to pay for the fuel. There was no front plate on the vehicle at the time.
