On November 3, 2019, Officers were called to a home close to LaSalle Public School for reports of mischief (vandalism) overnight. The officer discovered that sometime between 1:00 am and 7:30 am the house and the homeowner’s vehicle had been egged. The homeowner checked the area and did not see any other properties or vehicles that had been egged. They were unsure who might do this to their home and cars. The home owner was mainly concerned about the damage that the dried eggs had made to his vehicles. Egg left on a painted surface can actually remove or damage the paint. Our officers canvassed neighbouring houses for further information and to see if any one had video footage from the area around the time of the occurrence that may help with the discovery of whom egged the property. The investigation is continuing.
