On July 25, 2019, at approximately 3am an officer on general patrol noticed lights on inside a vehicle which was parked in a residential driveway. The officer thought this to be suspicious considering the time of night. A person was found to be inside the vehicle but were not the owner and had no right being there. They were arrested for trespassing at night. further investigation revealed that the accused was in possession of stolen property with regards to another theft investigation, as well as multiple gift cards, mail, and various other items. The adult female accused was charged with two counts of breaching conditions of her probation, possession of property obtained by crime, and trespassing at night.
