Windsor Male Charged with Stunt Driving – Speeding 50 km/h Over Posted Speed Limit

An adult male from Windsor was issued a summons for Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt – Speeding after driving his 2011 Hyundai 100 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone on Front Road, on Friday, September 24th, at 4:45 a.m.

A LaSalle Police Officer was conducting radar traffic enforcement in the area when they observed the Hyundai approaching at a high rate of speed. The officer stopped the vehicle and issued the driver a summons for the offence requiring him to appear before a justice of the peace to answer for the charge. As a result of the charge, his driver’s licence was also seized and suspended for 30 days and his motor vehicle seized and impounded for 14 days.
